Criminal labour law is considered, especially in other legal orders, a separate branch of criminal law, and is a subset of economic criminal law such as: tax criminal law, environmental criminal law and financial criminal law. However, the particularity that distinguishes it from the other branches of economic criminal law is, in particular, the human dimension that characterizes it. The employment relationship can, despite all intentions, have a criminal dimension, and for this reason, establishing a defensive strategy or legal support is critical to the outcome of the case.

Our law office has successfully provided criminal defense or support of the accusation in a number of cases of misdemeanors, but also felonies, both in labor-related cases such as non-payment of accrued wages, non-payment of employer contributions, employer- employee disputes, non-compliance with health and safety rules, forgery, hiring fraud, railroad disruption, driving under the influence of alcohol / drugs, embezzlement as well as other crimes such as manslaughter, bodily harm, drug possession and trafficking, robbery, animal abuse etc.
