The employer, apart from the payment of salary, undertakes many obligations during the operation of the employment relationship. Knowledge of these obligations is important to prevent activation of civil, administrative and criminal liability.
The provision of work by the employee is his primary contractual obligation. The employee must put his / her labor force at the disposal of the employer. This obligation, however, is not abstract, but relates to a particular type of work, which must be offered in a specific place and time frame, with respect to the obligation of good faith.
